Computer aided design Autodesk Inventor 2012 is today in use in place of a drawing board, but with far greater possibilities for product design & engineering.
Using the latest 3D CAD software (2012) & computer generated models we are able to supply Images, Virtual Product simulation & 'paper drawings' for Patent application, Quotes, engineering specifications etc.

But more than that you will see your 'virtual product' as it Develops, see the PPD Logo to the right, this is modeled using our 3D CAD system. All can be made into prototypes of various sorts before tooling into production

We make checks and ensured fits were correct prior to release for manufacture. From Horse Race tracks to Toy Horses, onto Renal Test equipment we have seen a lot of new products come to fruition

A simple example of our quality working CAD models, used for manufacturing & quotes, engineering, quality control, this data can be transferred by CAD file, dwg, step, iges, dxf, etc, for direct CNC machining to high standards, as well as standard engineering machinery.
