CNC Machining
Injection Mould
On the left is a Picture of an injection mould which was designed to run small quantities of parts. Complicated internal design of the part, we use a semi automatic mould to save many thousands of pounds in tooling costs. This was for counting Golf Balls on an electronic Golf Range, Top Golf sites around the world

On the right is a small corner of a CNC machined prototype, this part was machined from a solid block of plastic material a metre square x 80mm thick, still a very cost friendly way to produce a 'working prototype'

To the Right are images of some of the Sheet Metal (fabrication) designs, these are for a Computer room Rack system Housings, with electrics, & Sliding mechanisms all built in to the Design.
All work done in 3D can be used directly by CNC machinery for flat pattern (development shapes) to be cut out, with bends marked and calculated as part of the 3D CAD file. Time saving!!! YES!
